Your Challenges
Growing a successful home remodeling company is no easy task. All of the challenges of growing any service business are coupled with the challenges of complex building projects, rising costs, meeting customer expectations and coordinating both employees and trade partners to deliver exceptional projects on-time and on-budget.
These are just some of the remodeling industry challenges that we hear about on a regular basis:
- Leads are slowing down, and customers are taking longer to make decisions
- It is hard to maintain profit margins with the steady rise in construction costs
- Our pre-construction processes get bogged down and it is taking too long to get jobs started
- Finding qualified, motivated team members is more challenging than ever
- It is a continual struggle to be consistently profitable and have a good work-life balance
But for every one of these challenges, there are best practices and solutions that improve your likelihood of success.
