Our industry-specific peer groups are designed to provide wood flooring contractors with a platform to connect, learn and grow together. These groups of wood flooring company business owners meet virtually each month to address concerns, share ideas, set goals and hold each other accountable. About the Program

Doug has purchased businesses, sold companies, and led organizations in both the public and private sector for his whole career. He is an energetic and ambitious coach, leader and speaker.
